Established in 2005 under the banner of SWIFT ENTERPRISES, the company started as a Repairs & Maintenance [R & M] agency catering to the banking sector with ICICI Bank Ltd as their primary client. The 3 year stint as a R & M agency was a great learning in understanding the interior industry from the perspective of ‘after sales service’. The year 2008, saw the company slowly shift focus from maintenance to executing complete interior projects with in-house design capabilities.
In 2011, the company graduated to; TEAMSWIFT PROJECTS PVT.LTD. with the vision of providing a one-stop solution for complete interior fit-out services where-in we adopt a Turnkey approach as opposed to multiple vendors which was the prevailing custom, so as to ensure assured quality, timely delivery within prescribed budget. With a strong focus on the banking sector, the company has since then increased their portfolio to several leading banks namely; ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Dhanlaxmi Bank & Axis Bank. After a decade of experience in the world of Banking & Corporate Interiors, TEAMSWIFT PROJECTS PVT.LTD has recently ventured into Industrial projects, Educational institutes & Residential projects.
Headquartered in Mumbai and with presence in Pune & Navi Mumbai; TEAMSWIFT PROJECTS PVT.LTD is a design-build, fit-out company with the commitment of translating designs & concepts into reality through timely & quality execution.
